危重癥專職護(hù)理小組干預(yù)提高COPD呼吸衰竭患者序貫機(jī)械通氣治療效果

【摘 要】目的：探討給予COPD呼吸衰竭患者危重癥專職護(hù)理小組干預(yù)對(duì)序貫機(jī)械通氣治療的效果。方法：選擇2018年4月至2019年6月期間我院收治的80例COPD呼吸衰竭患者，所有患者均采取序貫機(jī)械通氣治療，隨機(jī)分為干預(yù)組（n=40）和對(duì)照組（n=40），分別實(shí)施不同的護(hù)理干預(yù)。結(jié)果：干預(yù)組并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率低于對(duì)照組，干預(yù)組滿意度明顯高于對(duì)照組，差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P
