【摘 要】目的：探究藥學干預對臨床合理應用喹諾酮類藥物產(chǎn)生的影響。方法：選擇2020年1月至12月期間我院1000例接受喹諾酮類藥物治療患者，按照數(shù)字隨機表法將患者分為對照組和研究組，每組500例，研究組在用藥管理中使用藥學干預，對照組則未使用，統(tǒng)計并比較兩組喹諾酮類藥物的使用情況。結果：實施藥學干預后，研究組在治療期間的聯(lián)合用藥不合理、超適應癥用藥、禁忌癥用藥等方面的發(fā)生率明顯優(yōu)于對照組（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the influence of pharmaceutical intervention on the rational clinical application of quinolones.Method：1000 patients treated with quinolones in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected，the patients were divided into control group and study group according to digital random table method，500 cases in each group，the study group used pharmaceutical intervention in drug administration，while the control group was not used，the use of quinolones in the two groups was counted and compared.Result：After the implementation of pharmaceutical intervention，the incidence of unreasonable combined medication，over indication medication and contraindications medication during the treatment period in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group（P
