【摘 要】目的：分析初產(chǎn)婦分娩中采取責(zé)任制護(hù)理的效果。方法：病例選取于2021年1月至12月，此期間本院收治的28例初產(chǎn)婦作為研究對(duì)象，將其均分為觀察組和對(duì)照組，常規(guī)護(hù)理應(yīng)用于對(duì)照組，觀察組應(yīng)用責(zé)任制護(hù)理，而后對(duì)比兩組分娩情況和護(hù)理滿意度。結(jié)果：對(duì)比兩組干預(yù)結(jié)果顯示分娩順產(chǎn)率、產(chǎn)后2小時(shí)出血量、新生兒Apgar評(píng)分以及護(hù)理滿意度方面均存在差異（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the effect of taking responsible nursing during delivery of primipara. Methods：The case selection starts from January 2021 and ends in December 2021. During this period， 28 primiparas admitted to this hospital were selected as research subjects. They were equally divided into observation group and control group.
