【摘 要】目的：觀察細節(jié)化護理管理在老年胃癌手術患者圍術期中的臨床效果。方法：選取我院老年胃癌手術患者70例分為細節(jié)組和對比組并分別行細節(jié)化護理管理和傳統(tǒng)護理管理，對比兩組患者的各項指標情況。結(jié)果：細節(jié)組患者焦慮評分、抑郁評分、生活質(zhì)量評分及護理滿意率高于對比組，細節(jié)組并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率低于對比組。組間對比差異具統(tǒng)計學意義（P

【Abstract】Objective： To observe the clinical effect of detailed nursing management in perioperative period of elderly patients with gastric cancer.
