[Abstract]Intherealmoforal implantology，currently，there is no unanimousconsensusorauthoritative guideline regarding how toconduct implant restoration forcases involving oroantralcommunicationororoantralfistula.Inthesecases，thebonyplateofthemaxilarysinusfloorisdiscontinuous，theorosinusmucosaisincommunicationndaertical alveolarbone defect exists.This paper presents acaseofapatient withtwo oroantral communications who successfully underwent implantrestorationvia simple staged surgeries.Following a2-year clinical follow-up，the implantremains in godcondition，andthepatient expressessatisfaction.Theobjectiveofthispaperis toofferasimple，safe，andreadilypromotable new approach for such cases.
