Abstract: Middle school physical education experts,as valuable resources for school - community co - education, provide strong support for educational practice, professional practice,and social practice,and are an important force in guiding the practical teaching of physical education normal students. Through a comprehensive survey of the certification of physical education normal programs, combined with common issues identified by expert field investigations,this study systematically analyzes breakthroughs and focuses on solving difficult problems. Under the guidance of national education policies and the OBE educational philosophy,it deeply explores the tracking cultivation model of“mentor - student pairing” to provide continuous momentum for the practical teaching of physical education normal students. Training institutions should establish collaborative co - education with middle school physical education experts,actively participate in the connotative development of “three - dimensional education”,and jointly build a refined education system of“one - on - one mentorship”,“integration of internal and external”,and“development in a line”. This creates an organic connection between educational practice,professional practice,and social practice,continuously stimulating new effects in the practical teaching system, supporting the high achievement of the graduation requirements of“one practice, three learnings”,and stably delivering outstanding middle school physical education teachers to grassroots education.
