摘 要：筆者介紹了創(chuàng)造性以及轉(zhuǎn)用發(fā)明的基本概念，并且通過四個(gè)具體的案例進(jìn)行分析，從化學(xué)產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)與領(lǐng)域的關(guān)系、化學(xué)產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)與預(yù)見性的關(guān)系入手，從而體現(xiàn)化學(xué)產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)在轉(zhuǎn)用發(fā)明創(chuàng)造性評判中的考量因素，為轉(zhuǎn)用發(fā)明的創(chuàng)造性評判提供一定的實(shí)操理論基礎(chǔ)。

The Influence of Chemical Product Structure on the Creative Judgment of Invention by Diversion

Abstract： The author introduces the basic concepts of creativity and invention by diversion， and analyzes it through four specific cases， starting from the relationship between chemical product structure and field， and between chemical product structure and predictability， thus， it reflects the consideration of the structure of chemical products in the evaluation of the creativity of invention by diversion， and provides a practical theoretical basis for the evaluation of the creativity of invention by diversion.
