生活領(lǐng)域的機(jī)械類專利申請(qǐng)的檢索策略

摘 要：本研究以生活領(lǐng)域的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)類案例為切入點(diǎn)，簡(jiǎn)要分析了機(jī)械類案例在專利審查檢索環(huán)節(jié)中存在的難點(diǎn)，給出了針對(duì)機(jī)械類案例可采用的幾種通用的檢索式構(gòu)造思路，結(jié)合同在算符、鄰近算符對(duì)檢索式進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確表達(dá)和動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)整，以提高機(jī)械類案例的檢索效能。

Search Strategies for Mechanical Patent Applications in the Field of Life

Abstract： This study takes the mechanical structure cases in the field of life as the starting point， briefly analyzes the difficulties existing in the patent examination and search process of mechanical cases， and gives several general search structure ideas that can be used for mechanical cases. The coexistence operator and the adjacent operator can accurately express and dynamically adjust the search formula to improve the search efficiency of mechanical cases.
