交流接觸器典型通斷過(guò)程分析

摘 要： 在交流接觸器電氣性能試驗(yàn)中，通斷過(guò)程中主電路電壓、電流波形是判斷試驗(yàn)失效原因和制定改善方案的重要依據(jù)。選取交流接觸器接通分?jǐn)嘣囼?yàn)和電壽命試驗(yàn)中幾種典型的通斷失效波形，對(duì)這些波形進(jìn)行分析，并給出這些波形對(duì)應(yīng)的失效模式及其機(jī)理。

Classical Making-Breaking Process Analysis of AC Contactor

Abstract： The main circuit voltage and current waveforms of making-breaking process of AC contactor during the electrical performance test are very important basis in analyzing on test failure reasons and making improvement measurements.The several classical waveforms of AC contactor in making-breaking test or electrical endurance test are selected to analyze.Finally，the failure modes and mechanisms corresponding to these waveforms are provided.
