Abstract： To understand the currentcapabilities ofthe websites and WeChat oficial acounts of provincial comprehensive archives，thisstudyassesses thedevelopmentof websitesandWeChatoficialaccountsof31provincial-levelcompreesive archives inChinabasedontheevaluationindexsystemandscoringcriteria.Theresultsshowthattheoverallcapabilitiesofthe websitesandWeChatofcalaccountsofprovincialcomprehensivearchiveshavebeenfurtherimproved，playingaositiverole in enhancingarchival servicecapabilities.However，therearestillsome problems，suchasunbalancedregional development andfunctions provided being incomplete.Basedonthis，the studyputs forward targeteddevelopmentrecommendations： websitesshouldbeimproved byenhancing thequalityofarchival websiteresourcesandservices，optimizing websitebusiness based on user neds，optimizing website development to enhance user experience，andimproving website performance with the helpofartifcialintelligence.WeChatoffcialaccountssouldbeimprovedbyimprovingthefunctionalityofthedevelopmnt， insisting ontecontentastekeyutilizing information technologytoinovatetheformoftweesandexpressons，developing the media matrix，and establishing a guarantee mechanism to improve the operation and management capacity.
