摘 要：數(shù)字?jǐn)⑹吕碚摓闄n案服務(wù)提供人文和媒介視角的探索維度，為檔案館資源開發(fā)利用提供多維途徑。檔案館可引入數(shù)字?jǐn)⑹吕碚搫?chuàng)新檔案服務(wù)觀念，參循數(shù)字?jǐn)⑹逻壿嫵尸F(xiàn)檔案資源，應(yīng)用數(shù)字?jǐn)⑹鹿ぞ邇?yōu)化檔案利用服務(wù)，進(jìn)而提升用戶檔案利用滿意度，推動(dòng)大眾知識(shí)創(chuàng)新、公眾人文素養(yǎng)培育等數(shù)字人文價(jià)值目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。

Research on Innovative Archive Services Based on Digital Narrative Theory

Abstract： The digital narrative theory will provide the exploration dimension of humanistic and media perspectives for archive services， and offer multi-dimensional approaches for the development and utilization of archive resources. The archives can introduce the digital narrative theory to innovate the concept of archive service， present archive resources according to the digital narrative logic， and use digital narrative tools to optimize the service of archive utilization， so as to improve the satisfaction of users in the use of archives， and promote the realization of digital humanistic value goals such as public knowledge innovation and public humanistic quality cultivation.

數(shù)智時(shí)代，大數(shù)據(jù)、人工智能等新技術(shù)層出不窮，其與檔案工作的融合度逐漸提升，在一定程度上引發(fā)檔案服務(wù)工作環(huán)境、對(duì)象與內(nèi)容的變化。（剩余7222字）
