AbstractOeeTvesieausfsolcallecedtasiiokmgt,tosok model,toidentifyoreiusinteetworkndtoxploreelatiosipsbetweevarables.ethds:Atotalof9rsingits inGuangxi ZhuangAutonomousRegionwereselectedasparticipantsfromDecember2O23toAugust2O24byquotasampling.Datawere colected byusinggeraliforaouestioaireitoovoReslealeCD)ndasiok Scale for UndergraduateNursing Students(UNST).Networkanalysis wasadopted toexaminethecorrelationbetweenpsychological resilienceandtransitionshockamongnursinginterns.Centraltyandbridgecentralityindicatorswereidentified.Results:Thenetwork structureevealed19significantdgesbetweenpsychologicalesilienceandransitionsock.Netorkanalysissowedthat"tinkclearly" inthepsychologicalreslinceclusterand"excessiveintemshipworkload"inthetransitionsockclusteramongnursinginteshada strongexpectedinfluence."Excesiveintershiporkload"emergedasakeybridgeexpectedinfluenceinthenetwork.ConcusiosTe "thinkclearlyand"excesseinteshipworkloadmaysrveassharedinterventiontargetsforimprovigpsychologicalsileand transitioshockamongnursigintes.ducatorsandhospitaladministratorscouldimplementtargetedinterventionsbasedonctrality andbridgecentralityidicatos tofectivelyenhancepsychologicalresilienceandeducetheimpactoftransitionshockamongusing interns.
