摘要  通過對系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡病人疲勞的現(xiàn)狀、維生素D與疲勞發(fā)生的關聯(lián)、作用機制及干預方案進行綜述，指出醫(yī)護人員應重點關注系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡病人的疲勞及維生素D缺乏情況，對病人的疲勞進行早期維生素D的補充干預，以期改善病人的疲勞現(xiàn)狀，提高病人的生活質量。（剩余13432字）
