頭頸癌術(shù)后病人出院準(zhǔn)備度現(xiàn)狀及影響因素分析

Abstract  Objective：To investigate status quo of discharge preparation of patients with head and neck cancer and analyze its influencing factors.Methods：A convenient sampling method was used to select 353 patients with head and neck cancer as the subjects，who were treated in the otorhinolaryngology ward and oral ward of Shandong Provincial Hospital Affiliated to Shandong First Medical University and Shandong Otolaryngology Hospital from December 2020 to January 2022.A general information questionnaire，Readiness for Hospital Discharge Scale（RHDS），Quality of Discharge Teaching Scale（QDTS），University of Washington Quality of Life Questionnaire（UW?QOL）and Social Support Rating Scale（SSRS） were used to investigate，and the influencing factors of discharge preparation of patients with head and neck cancer was analyze.Results：The total score of RHDS of discharge preparation of patients with head and neck cancer was 156.91±15.88.The results of regression analysis showed that knowledge acquired actually by patients before discharge，discharge guidance skills，age，swallowing，educational level，and objective support entered the regression equation，explaining 47.9% of the variance.Conclusions：The discharge preparation of patients with head and neck cancer is at moderate level.Medical staff should improve knowledge actually acquired by patients before discharge，and implement personalized health education according to the age，education level，swallowing status，objective support of patients，in order to improve discharge preparation of patients.
