型鋼軌打磨復(fù)合砂輪模型,并分別對(duì)各模型進(jìn)行回轉(zhuǎn)性能模擬仿真,求解在釬焊片不同角度時(shí)的復(fù)合砂輪表面回轉(zhuǎn)應(yīng)力與形變量、釬焊片回轉(zhuǎn)應(yīng)力與形變量。結(jié)果表明,以釬焊片平行砂輪半徑時(shí)的角度為對(duì)稱軸,隨著釬焊片放置角度的不同,砂輪表面應(yīng)力與形變量呈現(xiàn)出對(duì)稱性變化規(guī)律。砂輪表面最大應(yīng)力變化范圍在 11.9~12.4MPa ;砂輪表面最小應(yīng)力范圍在 1.13~1.29MPa 而釬焊片的放置角度對(duì)砂輪表面最大形變量的影響較小。砂輪內(nèi)部釬焊片上回轉(zhuǎn)應(yīng)力值明顯高于砂輪表面應(yīng)力值,但位移量受到砂輪本身的明顯約束。復(fù)合砂輪制作中釬焊片的較優(yōu)放置角度為 60<sup>°</sup> 和 120<sup>°</sup> 。-龍?jiān)雌诳W(wǎng)" />

Study on Rotational Performance of Rail Grinding Composite Grinding Wheels with Multiple Brazing Segments

Abstract : In order to explore the rule of rotational performance of composite grinding wheel with brazed segments,the classcal analysis module of finite element software ANSYS isused to study the rotational performance of composite grinding wheel with different placement angles. 181 groups of rail grinding composite grinding wheel models with 30 brazed diamond segments are established in every 1° interval, and the rotational performance of each model is simulated to determine the rotational stress and shape deformation of the composite grinding wheel surface at various angles,as wellas the rotational stress and shape deformation of the brazed segments at different angles.The results show that with the angle of the radius of the flat grinding wheel as the symmetricalaxis,the surface stressand deformation of the grinding wheel show anobvious symmetrical transformation law with the different placement angle of the brazed segment. The maximum stresson the surface of the grinding wheel varies between 11.9MPa and 12.4MPa ,while the minimum stress varies between 1.13 MPa and 1.29MPa . The placement angle of the brazed segment has limited effect on the maximum deformation ofthe grinding wheel surface.The rotational stress on the brazed segments within the grinding wheel is significantlyhigher than thatonthesurfaceof the grinding whel; however,the displacement is notably constrained bythe grinding wheel itself.In this case,the optimal placement angles of brazing segments in the manufacture of composite grinding wheel are 60° and 120° :
