Research on Wear of Aeroengine Parts Based on Archard Theory

Abstract :Aiming at solving the problem of large amounts of wear on the rolerand roller shaft parts of the main fuel pump acelerator controller of the aeroengine during use,a relative wear model is established based on Archard wear theory.The MATLAB simulation results are consistent with the experimental results,verifying the accuracy of the wear model.The orthogonal analysis method is used to study the influence of diffrent factors such as diferent initial gaps,relative rotationspeeds and forces on the wear amount of the model,and the lawof wear amount and time changes is analyzed.The research results show that there is a certain amount of wear on the rolers and rolershafts during work.The amount of wear has little todo with the working time,but is mainly related to excessive relative speed, excessive load and excessive initial clearance. Among the wear factors, relative rotational speed has the greatest impact,and initial clearance has the smalest impact.However,when the initial clearance exceeds 0.15mm ,the amount of wear under heavy load and high-speed conditions will increase sharply, so the standard initial clearance should be controlled within 0.15mm
