Abstract: To investigate the molecular mechanism of dehydrin regulating plant abiotic stress response,the CnCOR410 gene was cloned from Xizang wild Campeiostachys nutans Griseb. Amino acid sequence analysis, subcellular localization,and expression profile of the CnCOR41O gene in response to cold,drought,and salt stress were conducted. The results showed that the coding sequences (CDS)of the CnCOR410 gene was 765 bp in length,encoding 254 amino acids,with a molecular weight of 7504.48 Da and an isoelectric point of 4.87.The CnCOR41O protein was a hydrophilic and non-transmembrane protein,and its secondary structure was mainly random coil,accounting for 61.42% . The CnCOR41O contained the conserved domain of dehydrin and belonged to the LEA family. The amino acid sequence similarity between CnCOR41O and wheat (Triticum aestivum L)was the highest at 93.44% ,and the protein was located in the cytoplasm. The RT-qPCR results showed that CnCOR41O was expressed in the root,stem,and leaf tissues of C .nutans,with the highest expression in the leaves. Moreover,the expression of CnCOR410 was regulated by cold,drought,salt stress, and ABA ( P<0.05 .The results of this study laid a foundation for further clarifying the mechanism of
