Abstract：The ImplementingMeasuresforthe Advancement of the Construction of Digital Ar chives(forTrial Implementation)isapolicydocument formulatedby the National Archives Administration of China to strengthen the construction andmanagementof digital archivesin China.The paperelaborates on the background and process of its formulation as well as the main content of the Measures so as to provide direction and guidance for national archives of allkindsand atall levels to construct digitalarchives.
