Abstract:Seawater chlorophyl-asensorsare essential tools for marineecological monitoring,enabling thedetectionof spatialand temporal variations inchlorophylla concentration.However,thesesensorsaresusceptible to measurement drift,whichcancompromisedatareliability.Thisstudyproposesametrologicalapproachforevaluating sensor performance using fluorescein sodiumasa reference standard.Sensor performance was assssed in terms of linear responserange,accuracy,precision,and stabityResults indicatedastrong positive corelationbetween fluorescence intensityandfluoresceinconcentration.Basedonthefittedcalibrationcurve,indicationerorand standarddeviation were calculated.The linearresponserange wasdeterminedbycontroling thecorrelationcoeficient,whereasstability was

assessed through repeated measurements over diffrent time periods.Within the linear range of 0 to 200μg/L ,the maximum measurement error was ?2.00μg/L ,and the relative standard deviation was <0.20% .The sensor exhibited consistentperformance from2021to2022.Maintaining consistent pipetingaccuracywasidentifiedasacriticalfactorfor ensuringmeasurement reliability.

海洋中葉綠素a質(zhì)量濃度及其時間變化可以反映海水中浮游植物的豐度及其變化規(guī)律,在一定程度上反映水體中藻類數(shù)量和水質(zhì)狀況[1-2],是海洋生態(tài)監(jiān)測的常規(guī)監(jiān)測項目之一,在研究浮游植物群落、海洋生態(tài)環(huán)境監(jiān)測、赤潮防災(zāi)減災(zāi)等方面起著重要的作用。(剩余6498字)
