【摘    要】：以實(shí)際工程為案例，分析了大型工程如何在復(fù)雜建設(shè)條件下，考慮各方訴求，并保證項(xiàng)目技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和功能的前提下，從多個(gè)角度優(yōu)化方案，從而節(jié)省工程投資。
