空調(diào)系統(tǒng)風(fēng)平衡調(diào)試技術(shù)研究

【摘 要】:針對(duì)基準(zhǔn)風(fēng)口法在空調(diào)系統(tǒng)分平衡調(diào)試工作中的局限性,以基準(zhǔn)風(fēng)口法為基礎(chǔ)總結(jié)了一套實(shí)用的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)試方法“風(fēng)量調(diào)節(jié)法”,即從超設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)量的風(fēng)口調(diào)起,依次調(diào)到風(fēng)量最小的風(fēng)口,如此循環(huán)反復(fù),直至每個(gè)風(fēng)口都達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)值;有效地降低了風(fēng)管系統(tǒng)阻力,提高了調(diào)試工作成功率。

Research on Wind Balance Debugging Technology for Air Conditioning Systems

【Abstract】:Aiming at the limitations of the benchmark air outlet method in wind balancedebugging workof air-conditioning system,based on the benchmark air outlet method, the paper has summarized a set of applicable on-site debugging methods called "air volume adjustment method". That is, starting from the air outlet that exceeds the design air volume, adjusting it sequentially to the air outlet with the minimum air volume, and repeating this cycle until each air outlet reaches the design value. It can effectively reduce the resistance of the air duct system and improve the success rate of debugging work.

通風(fēng)空調(diào)系統(tǒng)施工完畢后、正式運(yùn)行前,要通過(guò)測(cè)試對(duì)系統(tǒng)各分支管的風(fēng)量進(jìn)行調(diào)整[1],使各風(fēng)口按照設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)量送風(fēng),以保證房間的溫濕度和工作區(qū)風(fēng)速滿足要求。(剩余3332字)
