【摘    要】：本文選取目前居住建筑中普及程度最高的家用分體式空調(diào)作為研究對象，針對居住建筑外立面空調(diào)室外機安裝空間存在的普遍問題，從技術(shù)分析、政策支撐和改造策略三個層面，為優(yōu)化空調(diào)室外機安裝條件，提升運維便捷度，促進節(jié)能減排提供有益參考。

Research on the Installation Space of Air conditioning Units on the Facade of Residential Buildings

【Abstract】：In this thesis， split air conditioners with the highest popularity in residential buildings are selected as the research object. Aiming at the common problems existing in the installation space ofair conditioners on the facade of residential buildings， this thesis provides beneficial references for optimizing the installation conditions of air conditioners， improving the convenience of operation and maintenance， and promoting energy conservation and emission reduction from three aspects： technical analysis， policy support and transformation strategy.

根據(jù)國家統(tǒng)計局數(shù)據(jù)顯示，目前全國空調(diào)社會保有量達5.4億臺[1]，行業(yè)發(fā)展已步入“存量換新”為主的新階段，作為居民家庭用電能耗重頭的空調(diào)，高效節(jié)能、低碳環(huán)保已成為其發(fā)展必由之路。（剩余9012字）
