The Mechanism of Bacterial Resistance and Human Response Strategies

Abstract：Antimicrobial medications have proliferated since the discovery of penicilin， which has caused humans to develop a resistance to bacterial illesses.At the same time，dueto their own genetic mechanisms and the abuse of antibacterial drugs，bacteria are forced to selective pressure and evolve drug resistance has made many antibacterial drugs lose their antibacterial efect.This article adopts research methods such as literature review， historical research，and case analysis to studyand analyze the various resistance mechanisms of bacteria against different antibacterial mechanisms，the existing problems related to bacterial resistance，and the posible causes of drug resistance.Multi-angle response strategies are suggested inan efort to shift the balance of the war between humans and bacteria in favor of humanitybased ontheanalysis of the factors influencing drug resistance response. These strategies aim to lesen the occurrence of bacterial resistance，particularly multi-resistance， while still eing effectively antibacterial.This is a significant event that deserves the attentionof allhumanity with significant theoretical and practical significance.
