“新農(nóng)科”背景下高校人才培養(yǎng)模式探索

——淺談農(nóng)林院校的國際化人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量提升策略

摘要 在全球化背景下，農(nóng)林高校對(duì)優(yōu)秀國際化人才的需求逐漸提升。在分析現(xiàn)階段農(nóng)林院校國際化人才培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀和困境的基礎(chǔ)上，分析發(fā)達(dá)國家國際化人才培養(yǎng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并從教育模式、師資隊(duì)伍、國際合作等方面提出農(nóng)林院校國際化人才培養(yǎng)提升途徑，同時(shí)結(jié)合“新農(nóng)科”背景，探討未來國際化人才培養(yǎng)趨勢(shì)。

Abstract Under the background of globalization，the demand for outstanding international talents in agricultural and forestry universities is gradually increasing.Based on the analysis of the current situation and dilemma of international talent training in agricultural and forestry universities，the experience of international talent training in developed countries was analyzed，and the ways to improve international talent training in agricultural and forestry universities were put forward from the aspects of education mode，teaching staff and international cooperation，and the future trend of international talent training was discussed in the background of “the emerging agricultural science”.

國家現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展離不開農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村現(xiàn)代化，農(nóng)業(yè)人才的現(xiàn)代化是實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村現(xiàn)代化的關(guān)鍵，在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)和技術(shù)一體化的時(shí)代背景下，各個(gè)學(xué)科領(lǐng)域都需要具備國際視野和跨文化溝通能力的高素質(zhì)人才，培養(yǎng)全面發(fā)展的國際化農(nóng)業(yè)科技人才成為“新農(nóng)科”建設(shè)的重要戰(zhàn)略需求。（剩余5731字）
