鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略下遼寧省農村鞏固脫貧攻堅成果研究

摘要 分析了鞏固脫貧攻堅成果與鄉(xiāng)村振興的邏輯關系，討論了遼寧省鞏固脫貧攻堅成果的制約因素，最后提出鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略下遼寧省鞏固脫貧攻堅成果的政策建議：總結經(jīng)驗，穩(wěn)定扶貧政策;精準識別，科學劃定低收入人口;多維度構建防返貧路徑;關注隱形貧困群體;做好與鄉(xiāng)村振興的銜接工作。

Research on the Achievements of Rural Consolidation and Poverty Alleviation in Liaoning Province under the Rural Revitalization Strategy

Abstract This paper analyzes the logical relationship between the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization， discusses the restrictive factors of Liaoning Province’s poverty alleviation achievements， and finally puts forward policy suggestions for Liaoning Province to consolidate poverty alleviation achievements under the rural revitalization strategy：Summarize experience and stabilize poverty alleviation policies;accurately identify and scientifically delineate low-income populations;build a multi-dimensional path to prevent return to poverty;pay attention to invisible poor groups;and do a good job of connecting with rural revitalization.
