亞硝酸鹽對鲆鰈類急性毒性影響研究進(jìn)展

摘要 亞硝酸鹽是水生環(huán)境常見污染物,對水生生物具有毒性。鲆鰈類在國內(nèi)外的水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖中占有重要地位,被廣泛集約化養(yǎng)殖。本文總結(jié)了亞硝酸鹽的來源、毒性機(jī)理以及其對水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖生物的危害,綜述了硝酸鹽對鲆鰈類組織器官、應(yīng)激反應(yīng)、生理功能、免疫應(yīng)答以及細(xì)胞凋亡方面的影響。

Abstract Nitrite is a common pollutant in aquatic environment, which is also toxic to aquatic organisms. Flounder plays an important role in aquaculture at home and abroad and is widely cultivated intensively. In this paper, the source, toxicity mechanism and toxicity influencing factors of nitrite to aquaculture were reviewed. This paper also discussed the effects of nitrate on tissues and organs, stress response, physiological function, immune response and cell apoptosis of flounder.
