早熟優(yōu)質(zhì)裸燕麥五莜1號的選育研究

Abstract: The new naked -oat variety " Wuyou No.1" was bred by Maize Research Institute of Shanxi Agricultural University to adapt to the ecological conditions of northern Shanxi.It was bred through interspecific hybridization between Naked Oat of " Yong 73-1" and Naked Oat of " Huabei No.2"by pedigree selection.Field evaluations demonstrated that‘Wuyou 1’exhibits early maturity,high grain quality,high-density tolerance, drought resistance,lodging resistance and resistance to head smut.It has an average 1OOO-grain weight of 24.1 g and a β - glucan content of 6 . 5 7 % .Over two years of joint regional trials in Shanxi Province,the variety achieved an average grain yield of ,representing a 1 0 . 1 1 % increase compared to the control variety. In November 2O22,‘Wuyou1'was received oficial approval by the Crop Variety Approval Commitee of Shanxi Province.This variety efectively meets local demands for optimizing agricultural layout,adjusting crop rotation, and ensuring emergency preparedness.

燕麥為禾本科燕麥屬一年生糧草兼用作物,喜冷涼,耐旱瘠,多分布在北溫帶高寒區(qū)域,依據(jù)外稃質(zhì)地形態(tài)軟膜或堅革,可分為裸燕麥和皮燕麥[1,2.3];裸燕麥(Avena nuda)在分類學中稱大粒裸燕麥,主要種植于我國華北的、河北及內(nèi)蒙古等地[4],別名莜麥,內(nèi)外稃松薄,成熟期脫??靃17],易于收獲加工,籽粒富含蛋白質(zhì)、膳食纖維、多酚、維生素和礦物質(zhì)等[15,16],一般每百克莜麥粉,蛋白質(zhì)平均含量 、脂肪平均含量 ,賴氨酸平均含量高達 ,有較高的營養(yǎng)價值。(剩余5380字)
