[Abstract]ObjectiveTo explore the influence of tirofiban combined with atorvastatin via difrent administration routes on the eficacy and vascular endothelial function of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).MethodsThe clinical data of 13O patients with CHD were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into an intravenous administration group(62 cases) and an intracoronary administrationgroup(68 cases)according to the tirofiban administration route.Cardiac function indexes such as LVEF,LVEDD and LVESD,postoperative TIMI blood flow grading,vascular endothelial function indexes including ET-1 and NO,as wellas the occurrence of adverse reactions such as intracranial hemorrhage, exudative hemorrhage and thrombocytopenia were compared between the two groups.ResultsAfter operation, LVEF,LVEDD and LVESD in the intracoronary administration group were significantly beter than those in the intravenous administration group (all P<0.01 ). TIMI blood flow grading,and vascular endothelial function indexes such as ET-1 andNO were also significantly beter than those in the intravenous administration group(ll P< 0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in theoccurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups ( P>0.05 ).ConclusionIntracoronary administration of tirofiban combined with atorvastatin therapy demonstrates superior eficacy in improving antiplatelet effects andvascular endothelial function in CHD patients after PCI.
