Abstract:Inorder to explore the tolerance of diferent soybean germplasm resources to alkali stress treatmentat seedling stage,andestablish theevaluationsystemof soybeanalkaline toleranceat seedlingstage,326 soybean varieties were as materials.They were treated with the pH9.O,150 mmol·L-1 mixed alkali solution(NaHCO :Na2CO 3 3 =5:1 )for7d.Thechanges of12 growth-related indexes underdiferent treatments,such asdry/fresh weightof shoot orroot,total dry/fresh weight,intactrootsnumber intactroots length,roottipsnumber,rot/shootratio,relative chlorophyllcontent,and water contentof plants weredetermined.The results showed that alkali stresssignificantly reduced the growth indexes of soybean varieties at seedling stage except root/shoot ratio.The comprehensive evaluation value ( D value)of alkali tolerance was obtained by principal component analysis and fuzzy membership function method.According to the D value,326 soybean varieties were classified into 4 groups:extremely alkali tolerantvarieties(18varieties),alkali tolerant varieties(14Ovarieties),alkali sensitivevarieties(13O varieties) and extremely alkali sensitive varieties(38 varieties),and the comprehensive evaluation system were established. Above results providedtheoretical basis for theselectionand evaluation of alkaline resistant soybean varieties.
