Abstract：Thisarticle introduces Professor LILiqiang's clinical experience in treating pediatric spleen-related diseases.ProfessorLILiqiang believes thatthe primary cause of spleen-related diseases in children is the insufficiency of thespleen and stomach，further exacerbated by external factors suchas the six exogenous pathogenic factors and irregulardiet，leading to spleenand stomach damage.This results inthe disorderofqi movement，dampness retention， food accumulation，and liver-spleen disharmony，which may eventually affect other organs over time.Professor LI emphasizes thatdiagnosisand treatmentshould alignwith thephysiologicaland pathological characteristicsofchildren. The treatment principles include strengthening the spleen and regulating qi，eliminating dampness and promoting spleen function，aiding digestion and relieving food stagnation，and harmonizing the liver and spleen.

李力強(qiáng)教授為廣東省名中醫(yī)，全國(guó)第七批老中醫(yī)藥專(zhuān)家學(xué)術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)繼承工作指導(dǎo)老師，從事臨床與科研工作40余年，擅長(zhǎng)治療脾胃肝膽疾病，崇尚《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》《難經(jīng)》《傷寒論》《金匱要略》等中醫(yī)經(jīng)典，結(jié)合臨床實(shí)踐，總結(jié)出調(diào)暢氣機(jī)、辛開(kāi)苦降、肝脾同調(diào)、寒溫并用等法以治療脾系疾病，李力強(qiáng)教授在脾系疾病專(zhuān)科門(mén)診中小兒患者亦眾多，形成診治小兒脾系疾病獨(dú)到見(jiàn)解，現(xiàn)就李力強(qiáng)教授在小兒脾系疾病診治中的思想及用藥經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行整理總結(jié)，介紹如下。（剩余8190字）
