Abstract:Color conversion display technologyutilizes the photoluminescent properties of light emiting materials to convert high-energy blue excitation light intoredand green light through thecolor conversion layer, soas to obtain thefull-color display efect.Metalhalideperovskites haveemergedas light emitting materials which exhibit outstanding optoelectronic properties of near-unity photoluminescence quantum yield,high color purity,and low manufacturing cost,making them asa key lightemiting materials for ultra-high-definition displays.Currently,green perovskite light emiting materials have made progresses in their high quantum yield, full width at half maximum,and stability,and already beencommercialized.However,the developmentof red perovskitelight emiting materialsstillsuffersscientificand technological problems thatneed toberesolved.In viewof this,thisarticle systematically summarizes theresearch progress of diferent types of red perovskite light emiting materials inrecent years in terms oftheir optoelectronic properties,stabilityand patterning methods from therealization of diferent red perovskite materials,andlooks forward toand discusses thekeytechnicaldifficulties that needtobesolvedfortheindustrializationofredperovskite.Itishoped that thisreview can providea good reference forresearchers to developand industrializered perovskite light emitting materials for color conversion displays.
