Abstract:Rare earth-doped upconversion nanomaterials have wide application prospects in photothermal sensing, biomedicineand soon,butithas poorthermal conductivity,low temperature measurementsensitivityand upconversionluminescence(UCL)intensity.It’sanefective waytoimprove their UCLintensityandphotothermal performance by assembling composite films which contain single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWCNT),noble metaland photonic crystals(PCs). In this work,NaGdF : Er/Yb'+/Al3+ nanocrystalls(UCNPs) were synthesized by the solvothermal method. The photothermal performance of upconversion layer(UC),SWCNT/UC,Ag/SWCNT/UC and PCs/Ag/ SWCNT/UC were compared,and the efects of diffrent film layers onthe photothermal performance of UCNPs were studied.The results indicatethat PCs/Ag/SWCNT/UC has the best performance,and compared with the UC film,the enhancementfactorsof redand green emissionintensities are3.48and 4.24times,respectively.Itsphotothermal conversion efficiency is 33.79 % ,whichis1.49 timesofUC’s.Theabsolute sensitivity( )of the optical temperature measurement is obtained as 3. at 353Kand therelative sensitivity( )is obtained as1 at 273 K. The work provides an effctive way to improve the performance of the photothermal sensor.

鑭系摻雜的上轉(zhuǎn)換納米粒子能將近紅外光轉(zhuǎn)換為可見光,且具有發(fā)光壽命長、低毒性、光穩(wěn)定性強(qiáng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn),在生物醫(yī)學(xué)2、光學(xué)測溫[3-4]、太陽能電池等領(lǐng)域有著巨大的應(yīng)用潛力。(剩余13935字)
