審計視角下耕地保護存在問題及對策建議

摘  要：該文以項目審計為依托，系統(tǒng)分析耕地保護政策貫徹落實中存在的各種問題，深入探究問題產(chǎn)生的原因，提出解決問題的有效措施及審計建議，筑牢耕地保護數(shù)量和質量紅線，保障糧食安全，為高質量發(fā)展奠定農(nóng)業(yè)基礎。

Abstract： Based on the project audit， this paper systematically analyzes the various problems existing in the implementation of cultivated land protection policy， probes into the causes of the problems， and puts forward effective measures and audition suggestions for solving the problems， so as to build a solid red line for the quantity and quality of cultivated land protection， ensure food security and lay the agricultural foundation for high-quality development.
