農(nóng)村留守婦女參與鄉(xiāng)村治理的多重價值與實現(xiàn)路徑

摘  要：推進農(nóng)村留守婦女參與鄉(xiāng)村治理是實現(xiàn)鄉(xiāng)村振興的必然要求。城鎮(zhèn)化與工業(yè)化的迅速發(fā)展帶來農(nóng)業(yè)女性化現(xiàn)象，致使廣大農(nóng)村留守婦女逐步成長為推動農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的中堅力量，提升她們綜合素質(zhì)，解決后顧之憂，建立健全相關(guān)保障制度，充分發(fā)揮其參與鄉(xiāng)村治理的主體力量，成為鄉(xiāng)村振興的重要保障。

Abstract： Promoting the participation of rural left-behind women in rural governance is an inevitable requirement for the realization of rural revitalization. The rapid development of urbanization and industrialization has brought the phenomenon of agricultural feminization， which has caused the vast number of rural left-behind women to gradually grow into the backbone of promoting rural economic development， improve their comprehensive quality， eradicate their worries， establish and improve the relevant security system， and give full play to their main force to participate in rural governance， which has become an important guarantee for rural revitalization.
