中國鄉(xiāng)村綠色基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)研究

摘  要：該文探討鄉(xiāng)村人居環(huán)境質(zhì)量堪憂的問題，并指出綠色基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的重要性和實(shí)施要點(diǎn)。通過現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)和案例分析，提出鄉(xiāng)村綠色基礎(chǔ)的關(guān)鍵特征、規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的要素、資金投入與管理技術(shù)應(yīng)用和公眾參與等方面的建議，旨在促進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)村綠色基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的全面發(fā)展。

Abstract： This paper discusses the worrying problems of the quality of rural human settlements， and points out the importance and implementation points of green infrastructure. Through the existing literature and case analysis， this paper puts forward some suggestions on the key characteristics of rural green foundation， the elements of planning and design， the application of capital investment and management technology， and public participation， in order to promote the all-round development of rural green infrastructure construction.
