Bibliometric Analysis of Microbiological Studies in Saline Soils

Abstract Microorganisms playan important role insoil improvementand ecological restoration of saline and alkaline land.The analysisand comparison of theresearchon microorganisms in saline-alkali land at home andabroad can optimize themicrobial growth promotion technologyand promote the sustainable,efficient improvement of saline-alkali landand safeuseof improvedsaline-alkali land.Basedonthecoredatabases of CNKI and WOS,the number of publicationsand discipline distribution, authors of publications,keywords and main research hotspots in the fieldof saline and alkaline microbial research were analyzed using tools such as CiteSpace and VOSviewer. The results showed that ① The research on microorganisms in saline-alkali soil at home and abroad started late and developed rapidly; ② Domestic and foreign research institutions cooperated closely,andscholarswith high literature output ledtothe development oftheacademic communityand promoted the application of technologies and products in the field of practice; ③ There were obvious differences in research topics at home and abroad. Domestic research focuses on technology, while foreign research focuses on basic and mechanism research. Basedon the above findings,long-term and safe development and utilization ofmicrobial resourcesinsaline-alkali landand multi-disciplinarycross-integrationandsynergieswill be the future research hotspots in this field.
