【Abstract】Objective To explore the value artificial intellgence(AI)-assisted diagnosis in early lung adenocarcinoma infiltration pulmonary nodules.MethodsThe clinical data 1O5 patients with early lung adenocarcinomaadmited toour hospital from April 2023 to April 2O24 were retrospectively analyzed.Chest CT diagnosis was performed,and thedata were uploaded to the AI-asisted diagnosis system for automatic detectionand intelligentanalysis toevaluate theinfiltration degree pulmonary nodules.Thereceiver operating characteristic (ROC)curve were drawn to evaluate the predictive value the AI-assisted diagnostic system for infiltrating pulmonary nodules.ResultsThe patients with invasiveadenocarcinoma,microinvasiveadenocarcinoma and prodromal lesions hadsignificantdiferences inthemeanCTvalue,centralCTvalue,maximumCTvalue,diameter,nodulevolume,and precursor lesions( P <0.05).In terms pleural depression,lobulated and burr signs,invasive adenocarcinoma, microinvasiveadenocarcinomaand prodromal lesions were significantlydiferent (P
