標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化戰(zhàn)略賦能烤肉產(chǎn)業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展研究
——地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《龍江特色美食 齊齊哈爾烤肉》起草與實(shí)踐
摘 要:本文通過(guò)對(duì)地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《龍江特色美食 齊齊哈爾烤肉》起草和實(shí)施工作進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析和總結(jié),得出實(shí)施標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化戰(zhàn)略有力地推動(dòng)了齊齊哈爾烤肉產(chǎn)業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展,文章最后就推動(dòng)齊齊哈爾烤肉標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化進(jìn)一步發(fā)展提出了相關(guān)建議。

Research on Standardization Strategy to Empower the High-quality Development of the Barbecue Industry—the Drafting and Practice of Local Standard Longjiang Specialty Qiqihar Barbecue

Abstract: Through the systematic analysis and summary of the drafting and implementation of the local standard Longjiang Specialty Qiqihar Barbecue, this paper concludes that the implementation of the standardization strategy has strongly promoted the high-quality development of the Qiqihar barbecue industry, and fi nally puts forward relevant suggestions to promote the further development of the standardization of Qiqihar barbecue.
