摘 要：本文重點介紹GB/T 20042.3-2022《質(zhì)子交換膜燃料電池 第3部分：質(zhì)子交換膜測試方法》中質(zhì)子交換膜的主要測試項目和測試方法，通過與原標準的比較，進一步解讀該新版標準中測試方法的技術(shù)改進和變化內(nèi)容，并為氫能產(chǎn)業(yè)標準化的實施提出建議。

Interpretation of the National Standard for Proton Exchange Membrane Testing Method

Abstract： In the paper， the main test items and methods of proton exchange membrane in the national standard， GB/T 20042.3-2022， Proton exchange membrane fuel cell – Part 3： Test method for proton exchange membrane are introduced. Compared with the previous edition， the technical improvements and changes of the test methods in the new edition are explained， and suggestions for carrying out the standardization of the hydrogen energy industry are proposed.
