質(zhì)子交換膜測(cè)試方法國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)解讀

摘 要：本文重點(diǎn)介紹GB/T 20042.3-2022《質(zhì)子交換膜燃料電池 第3部分：質(zhì)子交換膜測(cè)試方法》中質(zhì)子交換膜的主要測(cè)試項(xiàng)目和測(cè)試方法，通過(guò)與原標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的比較，進(jìn)一步解讀該新版標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中測(cè)試方法的技術(shù)改進(jìn)和變化內(nèi)容，并為氫能產(chǎn)業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的實(shí)施提出建議。

Interpretation of the National Standard for Proton Exchange Membrane Testing Method

Abstract： In the paper， the main test items and methods of proton exchange membrane in the national standard， GB/T 20042.3-2022， Proton exchange membrane fuel cell – Part 3： Test method for proton exchange membrane are introduced. Compared with the previous edition， the technical improvements and changes of the test methods in the new edition are explained， and suggestions for carrying out the standardization of the hydrogen energy industry are proposed.

隨著《國(guó)家氫能產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中長(zhǎng)期規(guī)劃（2021-2035）》的實(shí)施，具有零排放、無(wú)噪聲、高效能等諸多特點(diǎn)的質(zhì)子交換膜燃料電池也正迎來(lái)快速發(fā)展的機(jī)遇期，該技術(shù)將在新能源汽車、新型儲(chǔ)能和綠色制氫設(shè)備等領(lǐng)域得到廣泛應(yīng)用[1，2]。（剩余6251字）
