過磷酸鈣市場亂象原因及監(jiān)管對策分析

摘 要：近年來，隨著上游磷礦石、硫酸等原材料價格持續(xù)攀升，國內(nèi)多地農(nóng)資市場上涌現(xiàn)出了大量質(zhì)量不合格的“過磷酸鈣”產(chǎn)品，嚴重擾亂農(nóng)資市場秩序，給國家糧食安全帶來嚴重威脅。本文結(jié)合當前過磷酸鈣產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)許可管理和執(zhí)行標準狀況，深入分析問題產(chǎn)生的原因，提出了相應的監(jiān)管對策。

Abstract： In recent years， with the rising prices of raw materials such as phosphorus rock and sulfuric acid， a large number of unqualified superphosphate products have emerged in the domestic agricultural material market， seriously disrupting the market order and threatening the national food security. Based on the current situation of the license administration and application of standards for superphosphate products， the causes of these problems are analyzed and the countermeasures are offered for the regulation of the agricultural material market in this paper.
