滄州市南運(yùn)河幸福河湖建設(shè)的實(shí)踐與啟示

摘要：全面推行幸福河湖建設(shè)是深入貫徹黨的二十大精神，落實(shí)習(xí)近平總書記關(guān)于“加快建設(shè)天藍(lán)、地綠、水秀的美麗河北”和“造福人民的幸福河”重要指示精神的重要舉措。從幸福河湖建設(shè)背景和意義出發(fā)，全面分析南運(yùn)河幸福河湖建設(shè)的主要做法、現(xiàn)階段成效及存在的問題，可為進(jìn)一步提高河湖管護(hù)水平、建設(shè)幸福河湖提供參考。

Practice and Revelation of Constructing Happy Rivers and Lakes in Cangzhou South Canal

Abstract： The comprehensive promotion of the construction of happy rivers and lakes is an important measure to deeply implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China， and to implement the important instructions of the Secretary Xi Jinping on “accelerating the construction of a beautiful Hebei with blue sky， green earth， and beautiful water” and “a happy river for the benefit of the people”. Based on background and significance of building happy rivers， this paper comprehensively introduces the main practices， current results and existing problems in Cangzhou South Canal. This will provide a reference for improving the governance and management system of rivers and lakes， and constructing happy rivers and lakes.
