高等級(jí)彈簧鋼絲深度拉拔質(zhì)量問題的研究

摘 要：SWRH82B高等級(jí)彈簧鋼絲因其高強(qiáng)度廣泛應(yīng)用于重要工程領(lǐng)域。研究了SWRH82B彈簧鋼絲在深度拉拔過程中出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問題，分析了影響因素，包括表面質(zhì)量、異常微觀組織等，并提出了改善措施。研究結(jié)果表明，控制原料鑄坯質(zhì)量、控制原料表面形成缺陷等是提高SWRH82B鋼絲拉拔性能的重要途徑。

RESEARCH ON QUALITY ISSUES OF DEEP DRAWING OF HIGH GRADE SPRING STEEL WIRE

Abstract：SWRH82B high-grade spring steel wire is widely used in important engineering fields due to its high strength. This article studies the quality problems that occur during the deep drawing process of SWRH82B spring steel wire， analyzes the influencing factors， including surface quality， abnormal microstructure， etc.， and proposes improvement measures. The research results indicate that controlling the quality of raw material castings and controlling the formation of defects on the surface of raw materials are important ways to improve the drawing performance of SWRH82B steel wire.

1 SWRH82B高等級(jí)彈簧鋼絲生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀

SWRH82B盤條具有高強(qiáng)度、高彈性極限等特點(diǎn)，主要應(yīng)用于高強(qiáng)度金屬制品領(lǐng)域，其用途主要為預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼絞線、彈簧鋼絲、鋼絲繩等。（剩余2332字）
