摘 要：穆迪以產(chǎn)品和客戶為導(dǎo)向不斷推進(jìn)優(yōu)化重組實(shí)現(xiàn)內(nèi)生式增長，同時(shí)通過收購、兼并等控股或參股方式促進(jìn)外延式發(fā)展，并持續(xù)進(jìn)行國際化擴(kuò)張。穆迪鋼鐵企業(yè)評(píng)級(jí)方法和模型并不復(fù)雜，目的是提高透明度，并避免為了使打分表指示的評(píng)級(jí)更貼近實(shí)際評(píng)級(jí)而過于復(fù)雜，更多突出了實(shí)踐價(jià)值。

ANALYSIS ON THE DEVELOPMENT PROCESS OF MOODY'S AND ENLIGHTENMENT FROM THE STEEL RATING METHODOLOGY

Abstract：Moody's continues to promote optimization and restructuring， so as to achieve endogenous growth under the guidance of products and customers， as well as promote extension development through acquisitions， mergers and other holding or equity participation， and continues international expansion. Moody's steel rating methodology and models are not complex， the aim is to improve transparency and avoid over-complexity in order to make the ratings indicated in the scoring table closer to the actual ratings， which highlights the practical value.
