摘 要：研究主要提供一種熱軋機(jī)組、冷軋機(jī)組的交叉供料全流程的方法，解決原訂單質(zhì)量設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)的冷軋終端客戶信息與新區(qū)PSI產(chǎn)銷系統(tǒng)沒(méi)有進(jìn)行對(duì)接，旨在開(kāi)發(fā)一套先進(jìn)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)，以實(shí)現(xiàn)本部與新區(qū)產(chǎn)品集中一貫制質(zhì)量設(shè)計(jì)，支撐全流程按單排程。

RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF QUALITY DESIGN SYSTEM IN THE STEEL INDUSTRY

Abstract：This study mainly provides a method for the full process of cross feeding between hot rolling and cold rolling units， which solves the problem of the lack of integration between the cold rolling end customer information of the original order quality design system and the PSI production and sales system of the new area. The aim is to develop an advanced product quality design system to achieve centralized and consistent quality design between the headquarters and the new area products， and support the whole process scheduling according to orders.

0 前 言

隨著新區(qū)1 580機(jī)組和2 030冷軋項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施，“熱軋機(jī)組、冷軋機(jī)組的交叉供料全流程一貫制質(zhì)量設(shè)計(jì)”成為目前系統(tǒng)瓶頸問(wèn)題，原訂單質(zhì)量設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)的冷軋終端客戶信息與新區(qū)PSI產(chǎn)銷系統(tǒng)沒(méi)有進(jìn)行對(duì)接，導(dǎo)致信息流中斷，影響熱軋產(chǎn)品對(duì)后續(xù)客戶的識(shí)別和檢驗(yàn)以及新區(qū)與本部產(chǎn)能平衡。（剩余4356字）
