摘 要:闡述了張力在冷軋生產(chǎn)線上的重要作用,介紹了冷軋生產(chǎn)線張力值的選擇經(jīng)驗,描述了冷軋生產(chǎn)線張力輥的結(jié)構(gòu)型式,分析了張力輥主要力能參數(shù)的計算方法,編制張力輥傳動電機(jī)功率的計算表格,并且選取實例驗證了張力輥傳動功率的計算過程。

Abstract:Explained the important role of tension in cold rolling lines. Introduced the experience of selecting tension values for cold rolling lines .Described the structural types of bridles in cold rolling lines. Analyzed the calculation method of the main force and energy parameters of the bridles. Prepare a calculation table for the power of the bridles transmission motor. Select examples to verify the calculation process of bridles transmission power.

酸洗連軋生產(chǎn)線、鍍鋅線、連退線、重卷拉矯線等冷軋連續(xù)生產(chǎn)線的帶鋼必須在一定的張力控制下運(yùn)行,選擇合適的張力可以保證帶鋼正常運(yùn)行,使帶鋼盡可能沿著生產(chǎn)線的中心線運(yùn)行,避免因帶鋼走偏造成邊部刮傷甚至斷帶。(剩余6688字)
