以新一代副槍為主的全程一鍵智能煉鋼技術(shù)

摘 要:針對轉(zhuǎn)爐煉鋼過程中控制依賴人工經(jīng)驗,不同爐次產(chǎn)品差異較大等問題,對新一代副槍及轉(zhuǎn)爐智能化煉鋼技術(shù)進(jìn)行了介紹。該技術(shù)通過先進(jìn)的智能控制模型和監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)從冶煉到出鋼的全流程智能化控制,顯著提升生產(chǎn)效率和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,降低原材料和能源消耗,縮短冶煉周期,提高企業(yè)經(jīng)濟效益。

ONE-CLICK INTELLIGENT STEELMAKING TECHNOLOGY BASED ON THE NEW GENERATION SUB LANCE

Abstract:In light of the issues such as the control in the converter steelmaking process being highly dependent on manual experience and significant variations in product quality among different furnace heats, this paper presents an introduction to One-click intelligent steelmaking technology based on the new generation sub lance. This technology realizes the full-process intelligent control from smelting to tapping through advanced intelligent control models and monitoring systems, significantly enhancing production efficiency and product quality, reducing raw material and energy consumption, shortening the smelting cycle, and improving the economic benefits of enterprises.

轉(zhuǎn)爐煉鋼過程控制具有多輸入多輸出的特點,它原料成分種類多,反應(yīng)條件多,動態(tài)響應(yīng)緩慢,內(nèi)在機理復(fù)雜,各參數(shù)相互關(guān)聯(lián),并對控制要求較高。(剩余5218字)
