[ABSTRACT]Tumor microenvironment （TME） plays an important role in the structure and function of malignant tumor stroma.Cancer-associatedfibroblasts（CAFs）haveastrongablityofextracellarmatrixsynthesisandmicroenvironmentremode ling，whichcanafectthedevelopmentand progresionoftumors.CAFscanproducethesubgroups withdiferentfunctionsindifferenttypesofTME，andthestudyofCAFsubgroupshasaguidingsignificancefortumortherapy.Thisarticlereviewstheeffect of CAFsanditssubgroupsonthebiologicalbehaviorand treatmentofmalignanttumors，inordertoprovideareferenceforthe clinical treatment of malignant tumors.
