白車身覆蓋件自動裝配技術(shù)探索與研究

摘要: 基于某前驅(qū)車項目中多個車型的自動裝配技術(shù)調(diào)試經(jīng)驗,對Best-fit技術(shù)相關(guān)的通用調(diào)試流程與方法、投入產(chǎn)出優(yōu)勢及質(zhì)量狀態(tài)評價等進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。重點介紹了該技術(shù)在新車型投產(chǎn)中的實際應(yīng)用情況,為新項目白車身覆蓋件的裝配尺寸保證提供了前瞻性思考和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化思路。

Exploration and Research on Automatic Assembly Technology of BIW Panel Parts

Abstract: Based on the experience of commissioning automated assembly technology for multiple models in a front-wheel drive vehicle project, the paper summarizes the general commissioning processes and methods related to Best-fit technology, its input-output advantages, and quality status evaluation. This paper also emphatically introduces the practical application of this technology in the production of new vehicle models, providing forward-thinking insights and standardized approaches for BIW panel parts of new projects to ensure assembly dimensions.
