輕量化儀表板橫梁應(yīng)用趨勢分析

摘要:針對以鋼制、鋁鎂合金、復(fù)合材料為主要材料的儀表板橫梁,從輕量化、精度、成本3個方面分析儀表板橫梁的使用場景和應(yīng)用趨勢,對比不同形式儀表板橫梁的技術(shù)缺陷和工藝限制。研究認(rèn)為,隨著復(fù)合材料橫梁的普遍使用,鋼制橫梁的成本優(yōu)勢和鋁鎂合金橫梁的輕量化優(yōu)勢將不再顯著,復(fù)合材料橫梁將成為趨勢。

Analysis of the Application Trend of Lightweight Instrument Panel Beams

Abstract: For the instrument panel beams made mainly of steel, aluminum-magnesium alloy, and composite material, this paper compares the instrument board beams of different processes in terms of lightweight, accuracy, and cost, studies and analyzes the use scenarios and application trends of instrument panel board, and compares the technical defects and process restrictions of different types of instrument panel beams. The study believes that with the general use of composite material beams, the cost advantage of steel beams and the lightweight advantages of aluminum-magnesium alloy beams will no longer be significant, while composite material beams will become the mainstream trend of process manufacturing.
