計(jì)算機(jī)專業(yè)應(yīng)用型人才就業(yè)能力提升研究

摘要：近年來，市場(chǎng)需求與高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)能力之間始終存在嚴(yán)重的“技能差距”，畢業(yè)生的能力素質(zhì)與市場(chǎng)需求之間存在顯著的不匹配性。文章以計(jì)算機(jī)專業(yè)應(yīng)用型人才為研究范本，從畢業(yè)生就業(yè)能力評(píng)估與供需匹配、人才需求與培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)兩方面進(jìn)行論述，提出我院計(jì)算機(jī)專業(yè)應(yīng)用型人才就業(yè)能力提升的有效路徑。

Research on Improving the Employment Ability of Applied Talents in Computer Science

Abstract： In recent years， there has always been a serious "skill gap" between market demand and the employability of college graduates， and there is a significant mismatch between the ability and quality of graduates and market demand. This article takes applied talents in computer science as a research model， and discusses the evaluation of graduates' employability and the matching of supply and demand， as well as the needs and training objectives of talents. It proposes effective paths for improving the employability of applied talents in computer science in our college.
